Where to Stay
The Cedar Court has the function space we need to allow us to run our kind of convention but not enough bedrooms for all the members. As a result, we have three ‘overflow’ hotels to give us the bed spaces we need, and the added advantage that they are all £17 - £20 cheaper for twin or double rooms. Single rooms are slightly more expensive and, as ever, are of limited supply. Find out more about the overflow hotels.
Please note that The Cedar Court Hotel is now fully booked. There are still rooms available in our Overflow Hotels and there will be a free bus service operating between these hotels and the Cedar Court.
We also have information about lower cost Budget Accommodation available nearby - for these options you should book directly with them and not through the convention.
How to Book
Download the Hotel Booking Form (PDF) and print it out.
Fill in the form, placing the hotels in your order of preference along with the number & types of room and the dates required. Post the completed form along with a cheque made payable to “LX2009” (or just fill out the credit card information) to cover the non-returnable £20 deposit required for each room booked to the convention mailing address: LX2009 c/o Alice Lawson, 379 Myrtle Road, Sheffield, S2 3HQ.
