Programme Participation

May we publicise your involvement with LX? This includes using your name in a list of all or selected programme participants on this web site or in our advertising. If you have given us a website URL in your contact details, we may provide a link to it from this web site. If we wish to promote your attendance in a more specific way, we will always contact you directly and ask for permission first.
We expect programming to start early on Friday afternoon (assume 12 o’clock) and to end at around 4pm on Monday. Can you please tell us: The first day and time when you will be available for programming during the weekend:

Programme Participation Areas

Our aim is for the LX programme to be fully integrated with many crossovers and no ghettos. At the same time, it is very helpful for us to know what parts of the genre interest you as a participant. We want to get the best out of all our programme participants and we are not assuming we know all about you even if we have seen you at Eastercon before. Are there topics you would really like to discuss? A talk you have always wanted to give? Do you have an unusual job or hobby? Please provide whatever information you think appropriate to help us create the best possible programme for you and for the convention.
