If you fancy staying near the convention over the weekend but cannot afford the £77 per room per night (£39 per person per night) despite it being very good value for the excellent hotels we have, there are other options:
A good place to start is the official local government website.
If you’re driving and are prepared to face the unpredictable Easter weather, there is a four star camp site just six miles away price from £12 per pitch.
For those who prefer a little more comfort, there is a self catering cottage four miles away that can sleep 3 people, with prices starting at £195 per week which for the 5 nights of the convention works out for two people at £20pppn. We can’t say for sure it’s still available but there is a list of local self-catering places available on the Visit Bradford website.
Bed & Breakfast
Below are a few local B&Bs, Visit Bradford has a longer list. We can’t vouch for any of these places so you may want to check with google for some reviews.

We hope these options might make the convention a little more affordable for those of you on a budget, don’t forget to shop around and also, if you are staying for a few nights, haggle and see what you can get - asking ‘Is that the best you can do?’ and staying silent, can occasionally work wonders.
